I don't really need to write much about how much of a Japanese food fanatic I am. It is so clean, fresh, booming with notes of the sea, packed with umami, and adventurous. If you know me, you know that I have no issues with trying anything once (and usually many times more thereafter). Japan was a trip that I coveted because I knew that I was going purely for the food. I was not disappointed. Everything went above and beyond in terms of quality, variety, beauty, and uniqueness. I can't wait to go again and again. Here are just some snaps of what I got to put in my belly this summer!
