No. 18 [Food Truck Goal]

Okay, I'm living in Southern CA. LA. I need to start exploring the food culture more than what I have been so far (but to my defense, I've been extremely limited in terms of time, energy and most importantly, financial ability).

But I am watching Ugly Delicious right now on Netflix, which is one of my favvvvvvorite shows, because, as a Korean-Canadian-American, I'm proudly a lover and fan of Dave Chang, so I want to continue to represent Korean culture!

In one of his episodes, he features Mexican food > tacos > Kogi Food Truck > Roy Choi!

I don't know who the OG is of Korean-American food culture, but it's either Dave Change or Roy Choi, and yes, I really hope (the imaginary fat foodie in my bones wants to meet them both!) and I wish, wish, wish to meet them both one day. It doesn't need to be on the same day.

Roy's Kogi Food Truck network has become expansive. I now have access to them.

DUH!
