Creamy Peanut Butter from Aldi's

My family will be the very first to confirm: I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER.


I have tried a lot of different types and brands of peanut butters. 


Crunchy vs. Creamy


Organic vs. Non-organic



Salted vs. Unsalted


...


The list goes on. But I know one thing: I love CREAMY peanut butter.


I have tried all sorts of brands and products, and maybe I'm just too lenient, but I love a lot of them. As long as they are creamy.

Store brand vs. Non-organics


So many factors play into the decision that you make. But here's what I think:


- Is it creamy in my mouth?

- Any weird/not-normal texture?

- Is there an excess of separation (oil/butter)?

- Color?

- Smell?

- Cost?


The one I am eating (daily, oops!) right now is what is pictured above, from Aldi's. I consider a lot of things, but I think the main things I consider is...


Since I eat peanut butter a lot as a nighttime snack, is it natural? How much does the nut butter separate from the oil? How does it hold up to refrigeration? (I live in Southern California so most food needs to be put in the fridge!)  How does it smell after a day or two of storage? Can I afford to keep this in stock regularly?)


Aldi's is the first no-brand peanut butter that I have found to be sustainable and yet very delicious, on budget! I eat it pretty much nightly. (Mind you...I am on a weight gaindiet. I am happy to elaborate on this further in an very upcoming post.


What store-brand PB's do you recommend or eat/purchase?


I know one thing for a fact. I am a CREAMY peanut butter fan.


I love peanut butter in all forms, from sandwiches, on crackers, to straight out of the jar with a spoon. But I am definitely an advocate for creamy peanut butter.
