A recent major development in my life: I moved to South Korea!

I've long been a passionate foodie, especially with my native cuisine in South Korea. And a healthnut! (Read about my education & training below in the "About" tab above).

After many years of struggling to manage my diagnosed medical conditions and

continuing to decline in health, with the support of my family & closest friends,

I was able to move back "home"  to Korea and focus on my health, healing,

and much needed rest. 

This blog is now a journey through my life in Korea, with a major focus on Korean Food
